Plenty of rest is one of the best methods that you can alleviate the symptoms

Avoid indigestion and heart burn by chewing your food properly

Eat small meals instead of only three main meals so that your stomach is not totally empty. Always have with you plain crackers or fruits

Make sure you have plain crackers at bedside so that you can nibble when you wake up at night

Do not leave the bed in the morning in a hurry. Make sure you slowly get up from your bed to avoid the queasy feeling

High protein diet is great for you especially at night

Your diet must be low in fat but rich in carbohydrate

You can eat salty and crispy foods in moderation so that you can retain water

Fresh lemon peel can help significantly in alleviating nausea and vomiting

Whole grain bread and crackers are ideal

Every hour drink few teaspoons of wheat germ mixed into a warm milk

Before bedtime, you can take in digit tbsp of apple cider vinegar mixed in digit tbsp of honey in a render of cold water

Raspberry leaf, peppermint, squaw vine or spearmint tea are just alternatives

Ginger tea is still applicable even until at the present time especially one that is made in boiling ginger root with water. After boiling, strain the water and then add honey to the tea.

You can avoid actual vomiting by gently but firmly pulling your tongue with a piece of cloth
