Our sun is a huge source of UV rays which have been shown to cause blemishes, wrinkles and in some cases even skin cancer. Because of the risk, there are several warnings and precautions issued by health organizations to assist you in protecting your skin. The last natural option we will discuss is eggs. Eggs are filled with Vitamin A, D, B and E, all of which are extremely vital for keeping the skin at it's healthiest. Eggs also have the advantage of containing a substance called lecithin which has been proven to be a wonderful moisturizer for the skin.
